Belated New Year’s greetings.
At midnight last night, when the brave/foolhardy were busily setting of noisy fireworks, the rain came down in torrents. So 2023 went out and 2024 came in very wetly.
I’ve been out and about doing a big family reunion lunch - followed surprisingly by a visit to Funland on Southport promenade, a place I would never normally enter. These are things that happen when a family gets together.
And now we’re coming to the end of day one of the new year.
I’ll post properly tomorrow.
